I included 1/4 cup a lot less oil, which was most likely a considered option for cupcakes as the papers have been only slightly greasy on The underside, not saturated with oil once they still left the pan. Havent iced them nonetheless, but man, these are generally very good by them selves. Thank you for this recipe! Ill be producing this yet again,
